New Flyer: Authors Wanted

The city of Neustadt in Holstein has released a new flyer providing information about the Cap Arcona Documentation Center, currently under construction, and the online platform “Cap Arcona Portal.” Both explore the events of May 3, 1945, and their implications for the present day. The flyer is available at the zeiTTor Museum and tourist information offices, among other locations, and can be downloaded as a PDF.
The flyer was funded by the Association of Friends and Supporters of the Museum of the City of Neustadt in Holstein.

For the Cap Arcona Portal, exhibition curators Julia Werner and Stefan Nies are seeking additional authors for feature articles and biographies. History enthusiasts from the region are just as welcome to contribute as are people with academic or journalistic backgrounds.

“The Cap Arcona Portal thrives on diverse perspectives and well-researched contributions. We welcome people who are willing to share their knowledge. Together, we can help keep memories alive and convey historical contexts in an accessible way,” emphasize Julia Werner and Stefan Nies.
